Eskilscupen was founded
back in 1968 as part of the club’s 40th anniversary celebrations. This makes it one of the
oldest tournaments in Sweden.
2009 will the the 42nd Annual Tournament
In 2008 The tournament had 620 participating teams, of which
more than 40 came from abroad. The schools accommodated more than 370 teams. For the 2009 tournament
has already received entries from american, spanish, english, danish and of course swedish teams. For example CASL from USA
will participate with several teams as well as FCB Escola from Barcelona, Spain.
Although the tournament has grown rapidly they will not sacrifice any of the personal touch and intimacy
that has characterized Eskilscupen.
